Optical mixing combines 2 or more colors to create a new color (typically through stripes, dots or checkerboard patterns). This process can be useful to web designers as they are limited to the 216 web "safe" colors. This tool allows users to choose a background color and then see what color is made when other web safe colors are "checked" with it.
