City Beautiful Design (CBD) is a small web site development firm founded in 1999 by Tina Granzo in Detroit, Michigan. CBD combines database technology and the World Wide Web to help businesses, organizations, and individuals use the Internet to their maximum benefit. By creating interactive, database-driven web sites for clients, CBD reduces the time necessary for businesses, organizations and individuals to maintain their web sites, as well as the time and resources needed to complete many web-related office tasks. This, in turn, allows clients to concentrate on running their businesses without having to also become web site experts - or hire full time webmasters. CBD founder, Tina Granzo, has 8 years of relational database and graphic design experience, and 5 years of web site design experience. Combined, this experience means that CBD can offer clients complete design packages - from logo to database to web site - or upgrades to their current designs and/or sites. CBD offers a unique perspective on database design: that of the user. CBD's owner, Tina Granzo, has 8 years experience designing, developing and using relational databases. She knows how important it is that a database be able to grow and change with an organization. CBD will work very closely with your company to make sure all needs are met - from the basic structure, to the day-to-day uses, to the necessary modifications as your needs change. Need to incorporate data from your database into your web site and vice versa? CBD can help you do that, too, using Active Server Pages. Currently we offer design and construction of relational databases using Microsoft Access and SQL, however, exceptions can be made.
